Any online quote generated through this Site is an estimate based on the information you provide. Quoted rates may vary based on the underwriting company for which you qualify and other rating factors. Each quote will identify the carrier from which it was generated.

3. Online Quote Requests and Lead Forms

When you submit a quote request, contact form, or any inquiry on this Site:

• You represent that all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You expressly consent to be contacted by a licensed KCAL Insurance Agency representative by telephone, email, and/or SMS/text message at the number and email address you provide, in connection with your inquiry. See Part II, Section 14 for full TCPA and SMS consent details.
• You acknowledge that submission of a quote request does not bind insurance coverage and does not obligate KCAL or any carrier.
• You authorize KCAL to share your inquiry information with insurance carriers for the purpose of obtaining quotes on your behalf.
• Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchase. You may still obtain insurance through KCAL without consenting to automated communications.

4. Electronic Records and Signatures (E-Sign Consent)

KCAL Insurance Agency may offer you the ability to complete insurance applications, consent forms, and other transaction documents electronically. When you initiate an electronic transaction on this Site and click “I Agree,” “Submit,” “Yes,” or a similar affirmation, you are:

• Consenting to conduct business electronically pursuant to the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable California and state law.

You may request paper copies of any electronic document by contacting us; paper copies will be provided at no charge.

Keeping Your Contact Information Current
You are responsible for keeping your email address and other contact information current with KCAL Insurance Agency so that electronic documents and notices are properly delivered to you.

Electronic Document Delivery (Paperless)

Where available, you may elect to receive policy documents, billing notices, and other correspondence electronically rather than by U.S. Mail. If you elect paperless delivery:

• You must maintain a valid email address and promptly update it if it changes.
• You are responsible for managing spam filters to ensure delivery of KCAL emails; please check your junk folder periodically.
• Documents will be deemed delivered when KCAL emails you notification that the document is available.
• Certain documents may still be sent by U.S. Mail where required by law (e.g., cancellation or non-renewal notices).
• You may terminate paperless delivery at any time by contacting us at info@kcal.net.

5. Secure Areas and Password Security

Certain areas of the Site may be restricted and require login credentials for authorized users. Unauthorized access to restricted areas is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal prosecution. Attempts to gain unauthorized access may be monitored and recorded.

14. SMS, Text Messaging, and TCPA Compliance

This section is critically important if you have provided your mobile phone number to KCAL or any lead source that may have referred you to us.

14.1 Your Express Written Consent — TCPA
