Workplace Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (English)

According to Gov. Code 12950.1 and 2 CCR 11024 (opens in new tab), employers with 5 or more employees are required to provide 1 hour of sexual harassment prevention training to non-managerial employees and 2 hours of sexual harassment prevention training to managerial employees. Both managerial and non-managerial employees must receive training by January 1, 2021.
