

Great news! Walk-ins and in-person appointments are back!
In response to the global pandemic, although our doors remained open, we had to close all walk-ins for a short period of time to do our part in flattening the curve and reduce the amount of person to person contact. As COVID-19 has forced us to adjust to a new normal, we’ve also taken this time to make some changes to our offices and now, we are glad to announce that walk-ins have returned!
The health and safety of our staff and customers are our top priority and we are approaching our next steps with that as our guiding principles. We have implemented new safety measures that follow county guidelines to ensure that customers feel safe and comfortable when visiting our offices.
We look forward to welcoming you back and wanted to share some of the actions we are taking:
- Disinfecting workstations daily and after walk-ins
- Disinfecting communal areas in the office frequently and regularly
- Installing glass dividers on all employee workstations
- Enforcing guidelines that require employees and customers to wear a mask upon entry and at all times
- Reconfiguring seating to meet social distancing guidelines
- Posting proper signage to remind employees and customers to keep to social distancing protocols
- Providing disinfecting and sanitation stations at the entrances of our offices, which includes hand sanitizer for customers (walk-in clients can also get a free face shield!)
- Sectioning off areas for walk-ins and consultations to ensure a distance between employees and customers
- Limiting the capacity of employees and customers in each office
Due to the adjustments in capacity, we highly recommend making an appointment before walking into any of our offices to reduce your wait time.
