justify;\">\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u8001\u4eba\u5bb6\u8fd9\u4e48\u5bb9\u6613\u6210\u4e3a\u8eab\u4efd\u76d7\u7a83\u4e36\u8bc8\u9a97\u7684\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u5462\uff1f\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u8fdb\u516565\u5c81\u7684\u957f\u8005\u90fd\u4f1a\u5f00\u59cb\u4f7f\u7528\u201c\u8054\u90a6\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u201d\uff08Medicare\uff09\uff0c\u662f\u8054\u90a6\u653f\u5e9c\u4e3a\u5e74\u957f\u8005\u7279\u522b\u89c4\u5212\u4e36\u62e8\u6b3e\u8d44\u52a9\u7684\u533b\u7597\u798f\u5229\u3002\u8054\u90a6\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u8ba1\u5212\u9881\u53d1\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u5361\u4e0a\u6709\u4e00\u6761\u7ea2\u7ebf\u4e36\u4e00\u6761\u84dd\u7ebf\uff0c\u5728\u534e\u4eba\u793e\u533a\u5927\u5bb6\u4fd7\u79f0\u5b83\u4e3a\u201c\u7ea2\u84dd\u5361\u201d\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u65e7\u7248\u7684\u7ea2\u84dd\u5361\u5361\u53f7\u7adf\u7136\u5c31\u662f\u6700\u6700\u6700\u5b9d\u8d35\u7684\uff0c\u51e0\u4e4e\u8ddf\u968f\u7f8e\u56fd\u4eba\u4e00\u751f\u7684\u201c\u793e\u4f1a\u5b89\u5168\u53f7\u201d\uff08Social Security Number\uff09\uff01\u5361\u4e0a\u8fd8\u6709\u957f\u8005\u7684\u6027\u522b\u548c\u4eb2\u7b14\u7b7e\u540d\u3002\u6709\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e2a\u8d44\uff0c\u8eab\u4efd\u76d7\u7a83\u8f7b\u800c\u6613\u4e3e\u3002\u8fd9\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u7232\u4f55\u957f\u8005\u8fd9\u4e48\u5bb9\u6613\u6210\u4e3a\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>\u65b0vs\u65e7\u7248\u7ea2\u84dd\u5361<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4e3a\u4e86\u6709\u6548\u9632\u6b62\u7ea2\u84dd\u5361\u4e2a\u8d44\u76d7\u7a83\uff0c\u8054\u90a6\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u8054\u90a6\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u51b3\u5b9a\u4ece\u4eca\u5e74\u56db\u6708\u8d77\uff0c\u5f00\u59cb\u5168\u9762\u66f4\u65b0\u4e36\u5bc4\u53d1\u65b0\u7248\u7ea2\u84dd\u5361\u3002\u65b0\u5361\u5c06\u4ee511\u4e2a\u968f\u673a\u62bd\u53d6\u7684\u6570\u5b57\u548c\u5927\u5199\u82f1\u6587\u5b57\u6bcd\u7ec4\u5408\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u201c\u8054\u90a6\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u8fa8\u8bc6\u7801\u201d\uff08Medicare Identifier\uff0cMBI\uff09\uff0c\u53d6\u4ee3\u4e4b\u524d\u7528\u793e\u4f1a\u5b89\u5168\u53f7\u7801\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7ea2\u84dd\u5361\u53f7\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u5361\u3002\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u4e5f\u6ca1\u6709\u6027\u522b\u53ca\u7b7e\u540d\u680f\uff0c\u5361\u4e0a\u53ea\u4f1a\u663e\u793a\u59d3\u540d\u4e36\u65b0\u7684\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u53f7\u7801\uff0c\u4ee5\u53caPart A\u53caPart B\u7684\u8d77\u8fc4\u65e5\u671f\u3002\u636e\u7edf\u8ba1\uff0c\u5168\u7f8e\u7ea6\u6709 5,900 \u4e07\u540d\u957f\u8005\u56db\u6708\u8d77\u5c06\u9646\u7eed\u6536\u5230\u65b0\u7248\u7ea2\u84dd\u5361\uff0c\u9884\u8ba1\u5728\u4e24\u5e74\u5185\u5b8c\u6210\u53d1\u653e\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">\u534e\u5174\u4fdd\u9669\u6e29\u99a8\u63d0\u9192\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
