The press conference was held at KCAL Insurance Agency&#8217;s headquarters in Hacienda Heights. Kenny Chang, President of KCAL, and Angela Chang, Chief Strategy Officer of KCAL, were present at the event, along with representatives from various health insurance companies and medical
