Employers paying a bit more in workers' compensation premiums

Employers in California are facing a higher premium rates for workers'compensation insurance. The current new rates, according to the top 100 companies, have already increased by an average of 2.8% in January. Such hike imposes an impact on most companies and organizations required by law to purchase the workers'compensation to cover expenses incurred due to injuries at work. The policies mostly renew in January.
