Insurers Boost California's Economy by $34.7 Billion

A report from the insurance information institute (III) found that the insurance industry contribute a lot to the economy boost in California. California employs the highest number of insurance professionals among all the states and collected the highest premium taxes from insurers in 2010, which is 64 percent higher than the next leading state.
