New Insurance Hotline to Aid Consumers

Consumers in Illinois can now get unbiased information about a wide range of insurance topics from a statewide toll-free hotline. The hotline offers information to help customers make decisions about insurance issues and does not sell insurance or recommend specific companies. Customers can call 1-800-444-3338 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
