U.S. seeks Supreme Court review of healthcare law

The Obama administration is seeking the constitutionality from the Supreme Court earlier than scheduledof the federal healthcare reform regarding the requirement that all Americans purchase health insurance. Last Wednesday, lawyers from26 states against the act also pressed the court to hear the case.The department believed that such challenges to Affordable Care Act will ultimately fail.
