To increase public awareness of Special Olympics World Games Los Angeles 2015(LA2015), LA2015 Host Town Hacienda Heights joined the annual Hacienda Heights “I Love America” July 4th Parade.
Standing out with the five floats decorated with patriotic and LA2015 symbols and a 100-member marching group called upon by Fo Guang Shan Hsi Lai Temple, Kiwanis Club of Hacienda Heights, KCAL Insurance Agency and other community organizations, the Host Town Hacienda Heights team won the Sweepstakes Trophy among 94 teams!
